Hotels

Is it possible to arrive earlier or stay later?

If you would like to arrive earlier than July 21, 2024 or extend your stay past July 26, 2024, please call us at 336.942.0454. We will help you get the best rate at our host hotel!

Is it true that Country Cascades is going through renovation?

Actually Country Cascades is going through a remodel and complete expansion that will be ready by the time we arrive. You can read more about the press release below:

Travel

Im flying in. Will I need a car?

Yes. You will need to rent a car for your time here to get from the hotel to different points of interest including our main venue, Dollywood, and more.

There is a trolley that stops at most of our locations but time expectations may not be favorable for our show times.

Is parking free at the hotel?

Yes. Parking is free at the hotel.

However an additional fee not included in your package is he Dollywood parking fee.

Currently this fee:
$25 for all standard length vehicles
$30 for oversize length vehicles such as RVs and trailers.
$40 for Preferred parking.
$50 for Valet parking.

How do I book?

The easiest way to join us at this amazing event is to click the Book Now button at the top of the website. Its bright red and waiting to guide you to our booking engine.

Why are there 3 hotel categories?

Our host hotel is Country Cascades. This hotel has 2 towers: Country Tower and Summit Tower. We thought it would be best to allow you the flexibility to choose your tower location as someone may prefer one over the other.

The Resort is a different property location which can accommodate larger parties. If you need space larger than a party of 8, please contact us at 336.942.0454.

What does quantity mean in the booking engine?

The quantity represents how many packages you would like to purchase. It does not represent the amount of guests in your room. The package title should be displayed to choose what is needed.

Can I pay in full?

Of course! Just call us at 336.942.0454 and we will be happy to make this happen. If you choose to pay in full within 30 days of booking, we will remove the $40 payment plan fee also.

What is the Payment Plan Fee?

If you choose to take part in our monthly payment plan, a $40 fee is added to your booking to cover the credit card fees and payment system that controls this.

The fee is an automatic fee for all packages at this time.

How can I pay for the Faith and Family Retreat?

We offer 3 ways to pay for this event.

1. Pay in Full
2. Monthly payment plan (length determined by the month your book) + $40 fee
3. Financing (Pay 100% with just a soft credit check and monthly payments directly through our partners at Uplift). Call us at 336.942.0454 to get started!

Entertainment

Can I use my Dollywood ticket on a different day?

No. Dollywood tickets are to be utilized for the date of July 24, 2024 only. Should you wish to upgrade your ticket by adding more days or changing to an annual pass, please see Guest Services before you leave the park.

Will we get to meet artists and speakers?

Plans are in place to allow our guests a chance to meet and greet our entertainment for autographs and pictures. We can assure you that there will be opportunities but we are unsure of who will be included in this experience from our roster at this time.

Are we able to miss any shows if we choose?

We understand that this is your vacation and the Smoky Mountains is such a wonderful place to sample a huge serving of fun and excitement. However, if you choose to not utilize any sessions or components, no refund will be given for absence.

Will my child be bored?

Rest assured that we are developing a robust schedule that will allow all members of the family to participate in education, fun, and awesome experiences with our main sessions. Yes, there may be times where littles or even teens may need a break from the indepth topics we cover. We are planning for appropriate entertainment that will allow your child to choose to take part in more kid friendly entertainment and play. Teens will not want to miss any of the main session which could also include some fun surprises.

Is the schedule confirmed?

Because we are a year out, the schedule is tentative. However, you can be assured that the following components will remain the same:

Where are the Main Events Located?

Our main sessions and shows will be at the Country Tonite Theatre at 129 Showplace Blvd, Pigeon Forge, TN. It is a quick 6 minute drive to the venue from either hotel.

This beautiful 1200 venue allows us the ability to provide 5 star shows with the confidence and experience only those at Country Tonite Pigeon Forge can provide. Bonus Workshop sessions, welcome party, and more will be featured at our host hotel.

How will I access the events?

You will receive special access passes at check in on (Date is TBA) when you check in at your hotel. Be sure to keep these with you at all time.

Mission Experience

How long will the mission opportunity be?

We are still in the planning stages. Your mission experience will be anywhere between the hours of 9AM-12PM. More details will be given closer to event date.

I have a baby/small child but still want to participate?

No problem! We will have an option to put your craft skills to work to create cards for widows, military personnel and children living in foreign countries. More details coming soon!

Changes and Cancellations

How do I changes to a guest or my package?

Please call our office at 336.942.0454 to change portion of your package whether it be names or adding/deleting a guest in the room. Kindly note, there may be change fees according to our terms and conditions.

What is the Cancellation policy?

(Date is TBA)=$250
(Date is TBA)=50% of balance due
(Date is TBA)=75% of balance due
(Date is TBA) through duration of event=100% of balance due

If you have to cancel, You must email all requests to info@unforgettabledestinations.com.

Email must include: Lead Guest Name, Mailing Address, Confirmation Number, and reason for cancellation.

Can I book a hotel with the event?

Our host hotel is Country Cascades. This brand new renovated hotel can be booked by calling the hotel directly.

Can I add an additional conference ticket after I book?

Please call us at 336.942.0454 if you need to add someone. We allow you to make payments and this will ensure your payment amount is correct for each month.

Can I pay in full?

Of course! Just call us at 336.942.0454 and we will be happy to make this happen. If you choose to pay in full within 30 days of booking, we will remove the $40 payment plan fee also.

Tickets will be in your welcome package at check in on July 21, 2024 at our Welcome Party event.  Should you arrive late, please come to our guests services booth at our first event on July 22nd at the Country Tonite Theatre at 9am.
